My Father in law required new hearing aids and this office was outstanding in taking the time to work with him in the appropriate pair, fitting, setting them up, and follow-up consultation to adjust as needed. Additionally the Doctor came in on her normal day off to ensure my Father in Law had his hearing aids for a long planned trip to Germany to see his sister, giving up personal time the day before our flight to perform the setup and fitting.

100% Highly Recommend, would definitely visit again! Ms Vicky (sp) met me at the door, and was one of the nicest ladies. She welcomed me, showed me around, and led me straight to the bathroom (I had a long drive). They had small hand towels neatly laid out on the sink in there. The entire office was so clean, neat, and fresh! Dr Hoagland was super friendly and absolutely personable. First time in a longgggg time I’ve actually felt like the Dr cared and took the time to dig into my hearing problems. We did a quick audiogram and I was on my way, but NOT without a box of Girl Scout cookies first! When she said, “wait a second I have something for you”, I was expecting a sticker, but THIS, hit me right in the stomach, pun intended. My favorite!
